Why Not 100% Equity?
This is topic has been attracting renewed attention recently as some point to the archaic nature of the often used 60/40 asset allocation model. However, we highly disagree with the precept of moving away from this construct toward one favoring increased equity and other risk asset exposures. PIMCO's recent post lays out the case for the 60/40 model quite well.
